Citi India Apprenticeship Program - TTS Ops (Mumbai)

The Young Apprentice carries out basic and routine assignments under close supervision, following clearly defined procedures. The role involves supporting simple operational activities and learning standard processes within the work area. Tasks are typically standardized and require exchanging basic information with team members while resolving straightforward issues using a limited set of options.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operational and administrative activities.
• Provide administrative support for tasks with low complexity.
• Handle copying, printing, and transportation of documents.
• Support materials checking and receiving processes.
• Perform basic computer-related tasks as part of daily operations.
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by complying with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Follow internal policies, apply sound ethical judgment in conduct and business practices, and escalate or report control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
