The Young Apprentice performs basic and routine assignments while working under direct supervision. The role follows defined procedures and supports standardized activities across the work area. The apprentice may assist with a limited range of products or services while learning routine processes and workplace practices.

This position involves completing simple tasks, sharing basic information with team members, and addressing straightforward issues related to assigned work. The role requires selecting from clearly defined options and following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operational and administrative functions
• Provide administrative support for tasks with low complexity
• Handle copying, printing, and movement of documents
• Support materials checking and receiving activities
• Carry out basic computer-related tasks
• Assess risk appropriately while performing business activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, while safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients, and assets

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
