The Global Technology Analyst Program is a structured two year rotational journey designed to accelerate early career development in technology. The program begins in July and provides exposure to multiple teams, helping participants build a broad technical skill set while contributing to real projects.
You will work in an agile software development environment to design and deliver scalable software solutions using modern technologies. Based on business requirements, you will write code that follows established quality standards and assist during testing cycles and post production deployments.
Responsibilities also include testing and debugging code using appropriate tools, participating in peer code reviews, and supporting the delivery of reliable software solutions. New hires join as part of a cohort and complete training that introduces Citi’s tools, development processes, and technical practices.
