Role Overview
The Data/Information Management Analyst is a trainee-level professional role that supports a range of operational processes, systems, and reporting activities. The position requires a working understanding of procedures, data concepts, and team collaboration practices used to complete assigned responsibilities.
The role involves evaluating factual information, resolving routine issues using established methods, and contributing to daily deliverables with guidance from senior team members. Communication should be clear and concise while remaining mindful of different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support data-related activities including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or architecture support.
- Handle routine operational and administrative tasks as part of day-to-day activities.
- Prepare reports, perform defined analyses, and follow established procedures.
- Work under supervision with outputs reviewed by senior colleagues.
- Develop understanding of the broader business and operational environment while delivering regular tasks.
- Assess risk appropriately during business decisions and follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Escalate and report control issues with transparency when required.
Qualifications
- Prior related experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation.
Education
- Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent practical experience.
