Overview
The Third-Party Management (TPM) team provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and control oversight for Citi businesses. It uses a centralized infrastructure, standardized processes, and operating procedures to manage risk across the third-party lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support Citi businesses in executing third-party risk management activities, including internal risk assessments, onboarding, and offboarding of third parties.
- Review third-party records within Citi systems to verify the accuracy of data and supporting documentation.
- Escalate technical or process related issues promptly when identified.
- Ensure timely completion and updates of third-party risk information according to required timelines, and track pending items for follow-up.
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in roles that involve customer support.
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
