Operations is the engine house of Citi, enabling smooth process execution through automated solutions. The team supports global transactions, payments, and trades around the clock while maintaining high standards for client experience.
What You’ll Do
This two-year program gives analysts the opportunity to build core operational and business skills.
- Develop analytical and introductory leadership capabilities
- Build a continuous improvement and risk management mindset
- Strengthen collaboration and client-focused behaviors
- Maintain discipline and excellence in execution
- Gain exposure to financial services and Operations functions
- Work with Operations teams to manage processes and services that support business goals, reduced risk, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to areas such as operations optimization, data analytics and insights, and digitalization

Eligibility Criteria
- Final year university students graduating in 2026
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related fields
- Minimum GPA of 3.1 out of 4.0
- No work authorization sponsorship required in the hiring location
