The apprenticeship begins in June with a short induction program that introduces participants to Citi, its technology environment, and its various divisions. Apprentices gain hands-on work experience and contribute to team deliverables during the 12‑month program.
In addition to daily responsibilities, participants will have opportunities to connect with colleagues across teams and expand their professional network within the organization.
This 12‑month program in India provides practical, on-the-job training while supporting one of Citi’s business groups. Opportunities are available across multiple functions including Banking, Markets, Services, Wealth, Operations, Technology, Internal Audit, HR, Risk and Control.
