Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Support data-related activities including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management.
• Handle routine operational and administrative responsibilities.
• Prepare reports, perform defined analyses, and administer standard procedures.
• Work under guidance, with tasks reviewed by senior team members.
• Develop understanding of the broader business environment while delivering routine outputs.
• Identify inconsistencies in data and help define business issues and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical business standards.
• Escalate and report control issues appropriately while safeguarding company and client interests.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, and SPSS.
• Exposure to big data and machine learning technologies including R and Python.
• Ability to coordinate with resources outside direct reporting lines to achieve objectives.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
