The Customer Service Analyst 1 is an intermediate level role responsible for handling orders and transactions related to the Equity and Corporate Debt segments. The position supports the matching, confirmation, and settlement of client transactions within the capital markets environment.

Responsibilities

• Process securities transactions, provide analytical input for traders, and assist in reviewing derivative products.
• Identify and resolve issues related to securities and derivative settlements and recommend process improvements to leadership.
• Analyze moderately complex reports to meet management requirements, support control activities, and assist with product service launches.
• Monitor operational errors and suggest solutions to reduce risk to the bank while applying knowledge of procedural requirements.
• Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate teams and collaborate to resolve them.
• Design and evaluate reports in coordination with standards defined by direct leadership.
• Support control functions and help with the rollout of new products and services.
• Ensure all processes comply with audit standards and internal control policies.
• Assess risk when making business decisions while safeguarding the firm, its clients, and assets. Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, and report control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of custody products, accounting principles, and regulatory policies.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities with awareness of risk management.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and contribute to change initiatives.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
