The Corporate Action Representative (Reference Data Services Rep – C05) is part of the operations team responsible for handling corporate actions and reference data management activities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform scrubbing and validation of corporate action announcements.
- Handle corporate actions processing with exposure to US income events and asset servicing.
- Support reference data remediation projects as assigned by management.
- Prepare and submit mandatory reports accurately and within required timelines.
- Assess risk during business decisions while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Ensure protection of client assets and uphold Citigroup standards of conduct and transparency.

- 0 to 2 years of experience in corporate actions processing or asset servicing.
- Basic understanding of corporate actions processes.
- Exposure to investment banking or capital markets.
- Knowledge of capital market operations.
- Understanding of the end-to-end corporate action lifecycle.
- Experience with asset servicing is considered an advantage.
