Role Overview

The Cash and Trade Processing Analyst 2 is an intermediate position that works with the Transaction Services team to support technology initiatives across the system development lifecycle. The role focuses on researching and implementing sustainable technology solutions that help improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

The analyst collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and client operations to develop solutions that enhance operational processes and improve the client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify technology capabilities that help reduce client inquiries and manual processing steps.
  • Analyze trends in treasury operations and client services, then recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Partner with vendors, technology teams, and operations groups to prototype and test innovative solutions.
  • Propose and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency and enhance the client experience.
  • Support initiatives that drive stronger client adoption of new solutions.
  • Ensure business and client requirements are clearly documented and addressed throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions while protecting the firm, its clients, and assets. Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, and escalate issues with transparency when required.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Understanding of system development lifecycle concepts.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and presentation capability.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent practical experience.
