Business Analytics Analyst with SAS & SQL

Responsibilities

• Collect operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to review historical business performance.
• Identify trends and data patterns to support business planning, process enhancement, and solution evaluation.
• Recommend actions for future business opportunities and operational policy improvements.
• Participate in exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis activities.
• Convert data into customer and consumer insights that support targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Present findings clearly to business partners and senior leadership teams.
• Enhance processes and strategies by evaluating new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build, implement, monitor, and improve decision strategies.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
