Citi is seeking Apprentices to work across different divisions. The program is designed to build a broad skill set while providing exposure to day to day business operations and team activities.
Your time here will look something like this
The Apprenticeship Program begins in June with an induction that introduces participants to Citi, its divisions, and a technology training session. During the 12 month program, apprentices gain hands on work experience, contribute to team deliverables, and learn about real business operations.
Along with daily responsibilities, apprentices will have opportunities to expand their professional networks and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
Program structure
This is a 12 month apprenticeship opportunity in India that includes on the job training while supporting one of Citi’s business groups. Placement opportunities may be within Banking, Markets, Services, Wealth, Operations, Technology, Internal Audit, HR, Risk, or Control teams.
Preferred attributes
- Interest in learning about different roles within the assigned business function
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
- Capability to operate in a dynamic and high volume environment
- Creative and innovative thinking with a global perspective
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Candidate profile
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline
- Graduation date between December 2022 and June 2026
- Less than 12 months of prior work experience
- No ESIC or EPF account
- Willingness to relocate within India if required
Note: Candidates who are shortlisted will be required to register as an apprentice on the government apprenticeship portal.
