Meet the Team

You will work with Cisco's engineering teams that are building technologies for AI-driven infrastructure and secure networking. Trainees may contribute to projects such as improving data center energy efficiency using AI or developing intelligent security systems that detect threats in real time.

Your Impact

• Gain practical exposure to programming, automation, and networking concepts through hands-on work with Python, REST APIs, and Cisco technologies.
• Develop familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, secure coding practices, Agile development methods, and the basics of AI/ML and DevOps.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to strengthen technical communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while contributing to real projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Applications, Networking, Information Technology, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and good communication abilities.
• Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactive participation in team environments.
• Candidates should have graduated in 2025 or 2026 and must possess a Provisional Degree Certificate.
• Availability for a 12 month apprenticeship beginning in September 2026.
• Must be enrolled as a student on the NATS portal and hold a valid student enrollment number.
