The Sales Planning and Product Management team within Enterprise Data & AI Enablement delivers enterprise-scale Go-to-Market planning and performance management solutions using platforms such as Anaplan and Pigment. These solutions support sales territory planning, account assignments, quota management, and goal cascading across the organization.

The team focuses on enabling efficient sales hierarchy management, territory design, account allocation, and target setting to improve sales readiness and integration with sales coverage and compensation systems.

Your Impact

As a Full Stack AI Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that improve user experience, automate business workflows, and deliver intelligent solutions for the Sales Planning domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven applications using modern Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Create intelligent assistants, chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Integrate AI services and APIs including OpenAI, Claude, MCP Servers, LangChain, and Vercel AI SDK.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval methods.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions to assess emerging AI technologies and business impact.
• Develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Work with product managers, architects, and business teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user-facing documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support improvements in engineering practices, coding standards, DevOps processes, and AI development methodologies.
• Stay updated on AI, machine learning, software engineering, and cloud technology advancements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while independently delivering quality solutions on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in full stack development using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong experience in Python development and AI or Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to design, test, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UX Design.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Exposure to Angular or React JS.
