Meet the Team

The Cisco IT team supports business units by managing and optimizing critical developer tools, platforms, and production environments. The Developer Tools team enables smooth development and deployment workflows so business teams can deliver outcomes without disruption. The Service Management team continuously monitors production systems to maintain high availability and responsiveness.

The organization also oversees Cisco’s Asset Management services, providing insights into hardware and software lifecycle data. These insights help customers make informed operational expenditure decisions and maintain network reliability while supporting Cisco’s renewal business through accurate install base reporting.

The Install Base Operations team manages a globally consistent entitlement renewal process with a strong focus on accuracy and timely lifecycle management. By automating workflows and applying data science and AI/ML capabilities, the team improves renewal readiness and allows renewal managers to focus on strategic customer engagement.

Together, these teams drive innovation, operational efficiency, and customer success across Cisco’s IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech, BE, or a related discipline.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 and able to provide a Provisional Degree Certificate.
• Available for a 12 month apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Registered as a student on the NATS portal and possessing a valid NATS student enrollment number.
