Impact

• Work with the team to build the data foundation supporting the organization’s AI initiatives by modernizing the way people data is managed and distributed.
• Gain practical exposure to environments involving Oracle data warehouses and modern Google Cloud data lakes.
• Design and build data transformation pipelines, manage system integrations, and assist in evolving the data architecture required for advanced analytics.
• Help ensure that data remains clean, accessible, and ready for AI driven analysis so the organization can make informed decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL including writing complex queries, joins, and data manipulation.
• Foundational experience with at least one programming language commonly used in data pipelines such as Python or Java.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts including ETL or ELT processes, schema design, and data modeling, along with familiarity with relational database management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or project exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure, and interest in learning modern data lake architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate complex data insights to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability and interest in learning modern data engineering practices.
