Systems Data Support Analyst
Caterpillar is seeking a Systems Data Support Analyst to support customer data management and business applications within the Technology, Digital and Data team.
Job Summary
The role focuses on maintaining customer data files in the ordering system and supporting digital technical capabilities across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed solutions to address business problems.
- Maintain customer data files, update existing records, and monitor data accuracy.
- Support the evaluation and deployment of new technologies to enhance digital capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address business requirements and deliver application solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from different stakeholders and systems.
- Participate in documenting requirements and preparing detailed analysis documentation.
Required Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline. Eligible graduates include 2025 and 2026 batches.
Preferred Knowledge Areas
- Customer data management and customer-focused processes.
- Data gathering and analysis methodologies.
- Data-driven decision-making concepts and practices.
- Business analytics tools and analytical thinking techniques.
- Data architecture concepts, standards, and methodologies.
- Requirements analysis tools, methods, and documentation practices.
