This role is based in the BSv organisation. Using a growing knowledge of Cash Applications, Cash Applications Process Experts take part in, or lead, the achievement of service levels and the key measurement targets of the team. They deliver a high quality, cost-effective service that supports strong business outcomes.

They ensure customer-focused and compliant services by applying frictionless finance practices, processes, technologies and methodologies that drive innovation and process improvement. With deepening domain expertise, they handle standard cash application transactions and customer account clearing activities in line with cash application procedures.

Grade Specific Responsibilities

• Works at an entry or mid junior level in a Finance Administration role.
• Builds good relationships with stakeholders as a strong team player.
• Acts on own initiative under regular supervision, and knows when to seek guidance or escalate.
• Supports experienced Finance specialists by delivering progress reporting, task management and documentation for Finance activity.
