About the Role
Fractal is inviting applications for its Campus Imagineer program for the 2026 batch. This dynamic program offers exposure to multiple career tracks including Data Visualization, Decision Science, Data Science, and Data Engineering. Selected candidates will work on diverse projects, gaining insights into the business value chain and developing leadership skills.
Program Structure
- Pre-boarding training to build comprehensive knowledge in data-related domains.
- Career track allocation based on performance and business needs.
Career Tracks
Data Engineering
- Design and implement large-scale data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Leverage cloud-native and cloud-agnostic stacks (Python, PySpark, etc.).
- Develop real-time solutions using IoT and digital data.
- Create lakehouses, warehouses, and next-generation warehouse solutions using knowledge graphs.
Data Science
- Conduct independent statistical and machine learning projects.
- Gather requirements, scope solutions, and consult on advanced analytics problems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models and monitor outcomes.
Decision Sciences
- Engage with clients to understand business needs.
- Analyze large datasets using advanced statistical methods.
- Build data pipelines and dashboards to support marketing analytics.
- Harmonize data and implement business logic models.
Data Visualization
- Deliver actionable insights through predictive analytics and visual storytelling.
- Design and deploy BI solutions post-training.
- Drive automation and innovation in analytics delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Year: 2026
- Minimum CGPA: 7.0 (or equivalent) with no active backlogs
- Eligible Degrees: B.Tech (CS, IT, EEE, ECE, AI, Data Science) & MSc/MA (Economics/Statistics)
Evaluation Process
- Resume Screening
- Aptitude & Coding Test (90 mins)
- Three interview rounds: Technical, Managerial (Apex), and HR
