Job Description

Are you looking for stable work that does not require travel? Cactus is looking for a Journal Submission Specialist for its Publication Support Services team. The role is work from home on a contractual basis, renewable by mutual consent, with regular work available so you can keep a predictable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make sure manuscript files are prepared according to the submission guidelines of the target journal, within the scope of the service.
• Understand client requirements and apply them to the manuscript submission process, including formatting manuscripts and requesting the correct submission requirements.
• Deliver the service to clients to the required quality standards.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• A graduate (Bachelor's) degree in any subject.
• Basic computer literacy, with skill in Microsoft Word.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask across projects.
