Overview
Eligibility:
- Batch Eligible: 2022, 2023, 2024
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience Required:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, AppleScript, Unix shell
- Familiarity with a compiled language: C, Java, Go
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, Linux, Windows, shell scripting
- Problem-solving skills, startup mentality, and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and create technical documentation
- Lead team meetings, stand-ups, and architecture discussions
- Improve frameworks, tools, and processes for efficiency
- Work on backend, web application layer, systems, and streaming technologies
- Solve technical issues related to operating systems and programming languages
- Research and integrate new technologies into BrowserStack's infrastructure
- Optimize databases, write SQL queries, and design schemas
- Develop scalable, high-performance applications with continuous integration
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous design patterns for distributed applications
Technical Skills Required:
