Overview
Responsibilities
1) Warehouse and Transportation Strategy: Find process gaps and put improvements in place to strengthen supply chain performance, focusing on warehouse productivity and transportation service level.
2) KPI Control: Track warehouse and transportation KPIs and work with internal and external service providers to raise productivity and service level.
3) Cost Control: Identify cost drivers across physical logistics, including root cause analysis, and reduce costs wherever they exceed the yearly budget.
4) Audit Management: Make sure logistics processes follow standards and keep the documents needed for internal and external audits. Target zero non-conformity.
5) Warehouse and Transportation Quality: Monitor blocked stock in the warehouse and improve warehouse processes to raise logistics quality, with the goal of reducing blocked stock.
6) Claims Management: Monitor customer claims arising from warehouse and transporter shortages, interchange materials, damages and similar issues. Build process improvements that reduce customer claims.
7) Document the processes of newly implemented activities.
8) Maintain a solid working knowledge of S/4HANA rollout activities as a user.
9) Project Management: Lead strategic projects that improve warehouse processes, productivity and quality, and make sure deliverables are completed on time.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including order management and demand planning. Strong project management and analytical skills for decision making and risk management.
