Purpose of the Role

The role focuses on designing, building, and enhancing software solutions using established engineering practices. The engineer contributes to technology platforms that support business capabilities for customers and internal teams.

Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver high quality software using industry standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring the codebase is scalable, maintainable, and performance optimized.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define requirements, plan solution approaches, and support smooth system integration aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and encourage knowledge sharing while maintaining strong standards for code quality.
• Remain informed about emerging technology trends and contribute to internal technical communities that promote continuous learning and engineering excellence.
• Follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and maintain secure software systems.
• Apply effective unit testing methods to ensure reliability, maintainability, and clear code structure.
