Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The role focuses on designing, building, and improving software solutions using established engineering practices. The objective is to deliver technology capabilities that support business platforms and services for customers and internal teams.

Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver reliable software solutions using industry standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to maintaining strong code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on technology trends and innovations, contributing to internal technology communities that encourage technical growth and excellence.
• Follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive information, and maintain secure applications.
• Implement unit testing practices that support reliable, readable, and well structured code.
