Purpose of the role

The role supports business units with day-to-day operational activities including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading support, and resolving issues. The position contributes to maintaining efficient operations while ensuring processes align with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Accountabilities

• Assist business areas with daily activities such as processing, reviewing, reporting, trading support, and issue resolution.
• Work with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to operational workflows.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and control measures to reduce risk and maintain efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to senior internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments and trends to incorporate best practices within banking operations.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that aim to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
