Purpose of the Role

The role supports business units with daily operational processing, review activities, reporting, trading support, and issue resolution. The position contributes to efficient operational workflows while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Accountabilities

• Assist business areas with daily initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading support, and resolving operational issues.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements within operational procedures.
• Develop and implement operational controls and procedures to reduce risk and maintain efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations on operational performance and share insights with internal senior stakeholders.
• Track industry developments and trends to support the adoption of best practices in banking operations.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
