Purpose of the Role

Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver high quality software solutions using industry standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools while ensuring code remains scalable, maintainable, and performance optimized.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements, design solution approaches, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to maintaining strong standards for code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Keep up with technology trends and innovations, and actively engage in internal technology communities that encourage technical growth.
• Follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, safeguard sensitive data, and maintain secure software implementations.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to support reliable, readable, and well structured code.
