Purpose of the Role

The role supports different business areas by handling daily operational activities such as processing, reviewing, reporting, trading support, and resolving issues. The position contributes to smooth operational workflows while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Accountabilities

• Assist business units with day to day operational tasks including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading support, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to ensure operational processes are aligned and integrated.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to operational processes.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to reduce risk and maintain efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate insights to senior internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments and trends to help adopt best practices in banking operations.
• Take part in projects and initiatives designed to enhance operational effectiveness.
