Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The role focuses on designing, building, and enhancing software systems using established engineering practices. The developer will help deliver technology capabilities that support business platforms and digital services for customers and internal teams.

Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver high quality software using modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and strong performance.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements, plan technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in peer collaboration activities such as code reviews and knowledge sharing to promote strong code quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry technology trends and contribute to internal technology communities that encourage technical learning and innovation.
• Follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and maintain secure software delivery.
• Implement unit testing practices to improve code structure, readability, and reliability.
