Job Description

Purpose of the role

Monitor customer accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity and take appropriate action when required.

Accountabilities

• Provide support for customer queries, including credit card enquiries, account management, and resolution of cases related to suspected fraud.
• Work with internal teams and external law enforcement agencies when investigating potential fraud incidents.
• Assist in the development and execution of fraud prevention strategies, procedures, and fraud detection tools.
• Support business operations teams such as risk management, compliance, and customer care as needed.
• Track trends and regulatory updates related to fraud detection and prevention, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
• Manage and develop KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of fraud prevention activities, using data and technology to identify improvement areas.
• Monitor financial transactions to detect suspicious activities, investigate cases, and report fraud incidents.
