Purpose of the Role

The role focuses on designing, developing, and improving software using modern engineering methods. The objective is to deliver technology capabilities that support business platforms, customers, and internal teams.

Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver high quality software solutions using industry standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements, design solutions, and align development with business goals.
• Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and support a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and contribute to internal technology communities that promote innovation and technical growth.
• Follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, safeguard sensitive data, and maintain secure software systems.
• Implement effective unit testing to improve code quality, readability, and reliability.
