Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for contributing to projects and initiatives that enhance the organisation's operations and strategic capabilities. The role involves coordinating with teams, tracking project delivery, and ensuring quality outcomes across change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of change projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans that define objectives, scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Communicate project progress with stakeholders including senior management, internal teams, and external partners.
• Help coordinate project teams to ensure appropriate resources and expertise are available to meet objectives.
• Track project budgets and assist in ensuring delivery within approved financial limits.
• Create progress reports and updates to monitor delivery against agreed goals.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation actions when required.
• Contribute to change management activities such as training support and communication to ensure successful project adoption.
