Role Summary
AVASOFT is hiring fresh graduates for the role of QA and Business Analyst through its Off Campus Drive 2025. This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in both quality assurance and business analysis and are looking to begin their careers in a fast-paced digital transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Draft functional specifications, user stories, and requirement documents
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand business goals and expectations
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional inputs
- Participate in both manual and automation testing
- Use Selenium for automation testing using Java or Python
- Write basic SQL queries for validation and data verification
- Clearly report testing results, bugs, and enhancements
- Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
- Continuously learn and adopt new test automation tools and techniques
Required Skills
- Strong interest in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail
- Ability to clearly document test cases, requirements, and findings
- Familiarity with Selenium for automation testing (Java or Python)
- Working knowledge of SQL for basic queries and data validation
