We are especially excited about AI-native builders - those who already use AI tools in daily development for coding, debugging, testing, or learning new technologies.

What You’ll Do:
- Learn from experts with decades of experience.
- Build AI-native systems leveraging AI as a core part of our product.
- Work on one or more focus areas:
- AI Experimentation: Build POCs, prototype AI applications, evaluate emerging tools, and implement research papers.
- Conversational Search & Advanced RAG: Build and optimize production RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval strategies, multi-modal search, and advanced techniques.
- AI-Native Developer Experience: Build AI agents and MCP servers for intelligent code generation, automated testing, and context-aware debugging.
- Agentic Systems & Orchestration: Design multi-agent workflows for complex tasks using frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph.
- AI Platform & Infrastructure Innovation: Develop AI platform features, prompt optimization, evaluation frameworks, and LLM observability tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in India.
- Major or concentration in Computer Science or closely related fields.
- Must commit to 6-month full-time internship and 1-week in-person onboarding.
- Demonstrated passion and dedication to tech and AI.
Technical Skills Required:
Python, AI/ML prototyping, LLM integration, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering, Few-shot Learning, Chain-of-thought techniques, AI Agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Rapid prototyping, LLM observability, Monitoring, Evaluation frameworks, GitHub contributions
Program Details:
- Onboarding Week: Week of January 5, 2026 (Delhi or Bangalore)
- Internship Duration: 6 months (paid, full-time)
- Work Mode: Fully remote after onboarding
- Covered Expenses: Travel and stay during onboarding
- Future Opportunities: Potential full-time role at Atlan
