Job Overview

As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will handle organizational and operational requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work in shifts covering different time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email and ticketing tools to customers.
• Contribute to and maintain the customer support knowledge base.
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved tickets with internal teams.
• Perform manual operational tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer queries to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Tools

• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24x5 environment.
• Availability to work on Indian holidays and weekends if required.
• Proficiency in Python and database management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work from office or remotely as per requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
