Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about building a career in customer and technical support. As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will handle organizational and operational requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work in shifts covering different time zones is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via email and ticketing tools to customers.
- Contribute to and maintain the customer support knowledge base.
- Escalate and follow up on unresolved tickets with internal teams.
- Perform manual operational tasks as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer queries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Tools
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24x5 environment.
- Availability to work on Indian holidays and weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Python and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work from office or remotely as per requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
