Associate Technical Service Desk at Unisys, Hyderabad

What success looks like in this role

With guidance, the associate performs routine service desk support tasks to help restore and maintain user functionality across systems and devices.

• Provide first line user support by guiding users through steps required to resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems using remote access tools.
• Escalate more complex incidents to second and third level resolver teams when necessary.
• Coordinate and fulfill end user service requests such as software installations and user administration tasks.
• Manage service tickets through to resolution while keeping users informed about status and progress.
• Follow service desk, desktop, peripheral, connectivity, and security policies and procedures.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of the service desk knowledge base.
• Deliver results aligned with organizational service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assist with special assignments or projects when required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Typically less than 1 year of experience in a related area.
