About the Role
IBM Consulting is seeking enthusiastic and driven Associate System Engineers to join our Client Innovation Centers across India. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful projects for top-tier clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support.
- Analyze and improve existing systems in collaboration with technical leaders.
- Engage in all phases of process development, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop innovative coding solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Final-year students graduating in 2026 with a minimum of 6 CGPA/60%.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
- No active backlogs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Engineering background with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work from any location in India.
