Role Overview
As an Associate System Engineer, you will be part of IBM Consulting's Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical expertise to diverse sectors. You will contribute to the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support, ensuring high-quality, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and propose improvements to existing systems with guidance from technical leaders.
- Participate in all phases of development from design to release and troubleshooting.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop creative coding solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology-related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
- No active backlogs and degree completion before employment start date.
- Eligible graduation years: 2024 and 2025.
- Minimum CGPA of 6.0 or 60%.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Engineering background with problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and flexibility to work from anywhere in India.
