Position Overview
The Associate System Engineer will play a key role in supporting software development activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of software applications. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, with a night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team with various software development tasks.
- Collaborate with teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and work with senior developers to improve quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating batch: 2025
- Degrees: BE / B.Tech (all branches), MCA (all branches)
- Minimum academic performance: 55% throughout (10th, 12th, graduation)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership
