Associate SW Development Engineer

The Broadband Devices Team is focused on advancing multigigabit connectivity. In this role, you will work on software feature development, collaborate with hardware teams, troubleshoot network devices and products, and resolve system-level issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software features for embedded systems.
• Debug and resolve complex cross-layer system issues reported by QA teams and customers.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on product development activities.

Required Qualifications

• BE in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science with 85% marks or 8.5 CGPA.
• No current backlogs, repeat year, or study gaps.
• Strong programming skills in C and C++.
• Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols.
• Linux knowledge is an advantage.
• Exposure to scripting tools or languages such as Perl, Python, or Bash is preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
