- Debug application logs, telemetry, and service behaviors to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement fixes or workarounds.
- Develop AI-powered tools such as automated log analysis assistants, troubleshooting copilots, and root-cause analysis systems.
- Create agentic workflows for intelligent log searches, automated test generation, and impact analysis of code changes.
- Diagnose complex issues across the stack using both AI-powered and traditional debugging techniques.
- Contribute to product improvements by analyzing recurring issues and enhancing observability capabilities.
- Document solutions and troubleshooting processes to build a robust knowledge base.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Support, CloudOps, Product, and Engineering.
