Overview
As an Associate Software Developer at Cyntexa, you will join a vibrant development team working with innovative technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms reshaping the IT landscape. This role involves participating in all stages of the software development life cycle, from design and development to maintenance, ensuring delivery of scalable and high-quality applications.
Even candidates without prior experience in Salesforce or ServiceNow are welcome, as comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided during the first six months to build a strong technical foundation.
We are looking for individuals with strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and a keen willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of programming in any language is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications following industry best practices.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and create technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews for continuous improvement of code quality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas.
- Document designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and maintenance.
- Assist in integrating software components and third-party libraries.
- Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications in production environments.
