About the Role
Cisco is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join as Associate Sales Engineer Trainee - Technical Graduate Apprentice in Bangalore, India. This role is part of our initiative to nurture fresh talent and provide hands-on exposure to the dynamic world of sales engineering.
About the Team
You will be joining a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth and innovation within the commercial select client segment. The team collaborates closely with senior leadership to execute impactful strategies, build strong C-level relationships, and lead transformational deals through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Your Impact
- Learn to progress deals through Introduction, Discovery, and Custom Demonstration stages under mentorship.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and participate in marketing events to understand client engagement strategies.
- Engage in presentations, proposals, business case development, and product demonstrations to build communication and technical skills.
- Develop foundational knowledge in Sales Analytics and Process Excellence by shadowing senior engineers.
- Gain insights into leadership practices that drive growth, accountability, and accurate forecasting.
- Adopt disciplined use of sales tools, systems, and methodologies.
- Participate in cross-functional collaborations and contribute to high-impact growth initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- Graduated in 2025 with a degree certificate or provisional certificate.
- Available for a 12-month program starting January 2025.
- Good communication skills, passion for technology, and proactive team engagement.
- Enrolled as a student on NATS with a valid enrolment number.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with no active backlogs.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- "Can do" attitude, solutions-oriented mindset, and team player qualities.
