Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate, Regulatory Affairs to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this role, you will collaborate with global and regional regulatory teams to ensure compliance, manage product registrations, and maintain high-quality submissions to regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and regional regulatory teams to align activities with business objectives.
• Support stakeholders in managing product registrations and preparing regulatory submissions.
• Oversee end-to-end Change Control Management activities.
• Utilize Trackwise8 for Change Control processes and RIMS-Veeva Vault for regulatory submissions.
• Track the status and progress of regulatory filings.
• Maintain regulatory systems, trackers, and databases.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Trackwise8 and RIMS-Veeva Vault.
• Strong understanding of regulatory submission processes.
• Excellent organizational and tracking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Regulatory Affairs are preferred.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
