Compensation: ₹25,000/month during probation (~6 months), ₹1,50,000 confirmation bonus, and ₹12 LPA post-confirmation.

About the Role

rtCamp is seeking motivated and curious engineers with strong JavaScript and React fundamentals to begin their careers in open-source and enterprise software development. The position starts with a structured 6-month probation and training program, with opportunities for early promotion based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Month 1: Learn advanced React Framework with full guidance.
• Months 2–3: Contribute to open-source React-based projects.
• Months 4–6: Collaborate with senior engineers on internal and client-facing projects.
• Explain all code logic, architecture choices, and considerations for security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in human-reviewed code processes.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript & React
• Curiosity to learn frameworks, especially NextJS
• Ability to work on open-source projects in team environments
• Problem-solving and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior web development experience
• Experience with frameworks like NextJS
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as PHP or Python

Interviews will be conducted via Zoom. Candidates must keep their camera on and be ready to share their screen when required.

Career Progression

Starting as Associate React Engineer, you will progress to Software Engineer (React) after 6 months. Further promotions to Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, or Engineer Manager roles are possible based on performance and interests.
