About the Role
Thomson Reuters is seeking entry-level Associate/Junior QA Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of products and services. You will execute test scripts to evaluate functionality, reliability, and performance, identify and document defects, and contribute to automation frameworks using AI capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute testing solutions for assigned projects and assist in developing test plans.
- Create functional test cases leveraging AI tools.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated regression test suites.
- Integrate test suites with AWS CI pipelines and monitor daily execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand functional requirements.
- Support senior QA Engineers on complex projects.
- Follow agile delivery methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Cline and Claude code.
- Experience or exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.
- Ability to perform automated testing for web applications across various browsers and devices.
- Knowledge of CRUD operations for SQL database testing (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using AWS or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in developing front-end and back-end automation tests.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Delivery Expectations
- Contribute to AI-enabled QA processes such as test case generation and regression identification.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Develop and execute UI and API automation tests.
- Perform testing activities in line with quality standards.
- Work effectively in agile environments and participate in team meetings.
