Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to customers through application assistance, desktop support, chat, email, and phone channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by asking relevant questions and identifying the root cause of problems.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical or application-related issues.
• Track and follow up on technical queries while keeping customers informed about progress.
• Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Share feedback from customers regarding application functionality with IT development teams.
• Coordinate major incidents or high-impact issues and help drive them toward resolution through bridge calls.
