About the Role

The Associate Content Technical Specialist will be responsible for acquiring, preparing, delivering, and reviewing content across various media formats including print and online. This role involves ensuring smooth production operations, identifying automation opportunities, and enhancing process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Operations & Process Improvements: Implement production schedules and active content cycles, while suggesting improvements for automation and efficiency.
  • Task Management & Problem Solving: Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines with high-quality results.
  • Communication & Learning: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and quickly learn and apply new concepts.
  • Collaboration & Technical Skills: Work effectively with team members, other departments, and remote vendors, following organizational policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues related to information conversion and workflow enhancements.
  • Documentation: Review and update manuals, checklists, and workflow documentation to ensure accuracy.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

  • HTML, XML, and Epsilon editor tool (preferred)
  • Mainframe systems and mnemonics (good to have)

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability
  • Ability to prioritize and focus under multiple assignments
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective team collaboration skills
