The Client Success team consists of experienced professionals supporting buyside and sellside clients across EMEA. These clients range from Tier 1 to Tier 3 organizations and expect a high level of service. The team operates in a collaborative environment where daily activities vary, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting long term engagement.
This role supports the customer journey through consistent interaction and service touchpoints that drive adoption, retention, and growth. The position also contributes to strategic account objectives by ensuring clients gain value from the platform and services.
Your interactions help reinforce the relationship between clients and S&P Global Market Intelligence. By delivering a positive client experience and encouraging product adoption, you help strengthen client engagement and awareness. These activities contribute directly to revenue retention and long term growth.
The role offers opportunities to build expertise in client relationship management, industry knowledge, and product capabilities. Employees can progress within the Customer Success team or transition into product-focused roles, relationship management, sales, or product specialist positions.
