About the Role

The Client Success team consists of experienced professionals supporting buyside and sellside clients across EMEA. These clients range from Tier 1 to Tier 3 organizations and expect a high level of service. The team operates in a collaborative environment where daily activities vary, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting long term engagement.
This role supports the customer journey through consistent interaction and service touchpoints that drive adoption, retention, and growth. The position also contributes to strategic account objectives by ensuring clients gain value from the platform and services.

Your interactions help reinforce the relationship between clients and S&P Global Market Intelligence. By delivering a positive client experience and encouraging product adoption, you help strengthen client engagement and awareness. These activities contribute directly to revenue retention and long term growth.
What You Will Gain

Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound client requests through the case management email system and telephony hotlines, working with global support teams across the US, EMEA, and Hong Kong.
- Act as a key contact point for buy-side and sell-side clients across various client service and application support needs.
- Host client meetings to deliver training sessions, product demonstrations, and transactional assistance.
- Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports accurately and within required timelines.
- Troubleshoot client issues to identify root causes and determine appropriate remediation steps.
- Collaborate with Product Build teams to prioritize, track, and resolve production issues affecting clients.
- Support client onboarding activities with the Professional Services team, ensuring appropriate training and user access.
- Stay informed about market and regulatory developments that may affect service operations and adapt processes when required.
- Participate in cross training with global counterparts to expand application knowledge and client coverage.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong familiarity with internet-based applications.
- Interest in capital markets and financial markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the capability to engage with different levels of management and clients.
- Interpersonal skills that support constructive dialogue and trusted client relationships.
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to work independently while contributing within a global team structure.
